<p style="margin: 0px; font-family: &quot;Source Sans Pro&quot;, sans-serif, google; font-size: 16px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-align: justify;">Chaque année, en juillet, sur les flancs lumineux du MONTEGROSSO, se déroule « A FIERA DI L’ALIVU ».<br />  Dès sa première édition en 1989, la manifestation s’est révélée d’une précieuse et magnifique nécessité, générant des actions, des idées, des rencontres, des résonances extrêmement positives et bénéfiques sur tous les plans pour la région.</p>

<br />A FIERA DI L’ALIVU s’est vue promue au palmarès des cent sites du goût par le CNAC (Conseil National des Arts Culinaires).   Malgré les oliveraies détruites par les feux et aggravées par la sècheresse et avec l’aide des oléiculteurs, nous continuons et continuerons à nous battre pour ce patrimoine qui a toujours été une économie pour la Corse : « une huile d’olive » qui a fourni jusqu’à la moitié des besoins français.</p>
